That race today was unbelievable. Danica had a 1 in 7 chance to win it at the end and she may have had the second best car left in the runing. She was GUARANTEED at least 3rd place with the way things were playing out. I think she is doomed to a career of mediocracy and it may not be her fault.

Player A's ball is already on the green, Player B's ball and player C's ball are off the green.

Player B is away and he lands on the green, Player C then hits and player C's ball hits Player B's Ball and comes to a stop. Player B's ball rolls 15 feet from the place it was at rest.

Player A demands that player B take a two shot penalty because he did not spot his ball before player C hit.

What is the propper ruling? I didn't think that anyone marks their ball untill all players are on the green?

I also thought that there is no penalty when one ball strikes another on the green and that you just return it to the place closest to the last known position?

Some basketball "genius" said that the #3 NBA scorer of all time was "carried" by a teammate.

So this is what I want to know.

Did these players need one, certain, special player to "carry" them or could any one of 2 dozen quality players available at the time these guys were in the league done the same job as the "supplementary" guy?

Did they "need" any one guy to "help" them or could any quality players (usually 50 or so in the NBA at any one given time) compliment their special abilities on the court?

I mean, they obviously would have to have TEAMMATES in order to play in the NBA.

I have one question. I boiled my mouthpiece and did what the instructions said, but the mouthpiece is kind of loose. I mean I bite down on it as hard as I can, but when I stop biting, It falls from my upper teeth. I have tried boiling it and followed the instructions twice. Please help. I need to know whether just to leave it alone, or try it again. My teeth marks are already in the mouthpiece though.

If Barry Bonds breaks Hammerin' Hanks homerun record and they allow him to be put in the hall of fame after a few years of retirement. Shouldn't they let Pete Rose in? What is the big diff between taking steroids and betting? They both are wrong. Besides Pete Rose broke a record just as good and always attempted to do his best in every game.

Girls are getting stronger and faster. They are working out more and more are using weights. More girls are playing sports than ever. Some of the sports they are playing now were almost exclusively male sports a decade or two ago. The gap between girls and boys strength and athletic ability seems to be closing rather rapiadly over the past decade. Girls have more female athletes to look up to. The WNBA for example. Girls seem to show more strength and agressiveness now. A few years ago you wouldn't see them serving and hitting the ball as hard in tennis. Will they ever be equal or better than males in individual or team sports? If so how long before this happens?

I live in Baltimore and I always associated the 4 franchises like that. To me, the Yankees and Giants were the establishment, while the Jets and the Mets were the upstarts.
