New word out of the Georgia Stated PD is that the son was actually the killer and framed his father for not being there for him. His mother apparently was molesting him while Chris was on the road. Has anyone else seen this report?

I know he hit his 71st and 72nd to get the single season record. I also know he hit his 500th career home run against the Dodgers. I saw this thing on sports center and there were quite a few milestones he reached against my team. I have tickets to 7/15 in San Francisco he might hit 755 and 756 that game. My wife is from Japan (samurai family lineage). She tells me that seiza is actually "bad" for the knees. Due to the contraints of certain Japanese societal situations when the samurai were more relevant seiza allowed for the ability to sit for long periods (hours), and still move well from the seiza position. The other benefit is the transferrence of reliance upon the skeleto-muscular system for power to the hara and seika tanden. This allows for improved harmony & power with the overall body and it's surrounding environment. However, the physiological effect on the knee structure itself results in a geometric perversion, and the shape of the knee becomes unsightly. Also, due to this change the knee actually becomes weaker in standing waza from a newtonian physics point of view even though the whole body becomes more effective due to hara reliance. This occurs if done from childhood with serious rigor. Please provide any technically correct and deep arguements/answers to this.

when i was little i always wanted to be a balletdancer or be in gymnastics... bellydancing and any other form of activity such as martial arts that involves a lot of flexibility always interested me... i really wanna become flexible and stuff so that way i can be in atleast one of these... but i am 15 now... and most ppl that are in ballet or gymnastics start at a really young age... for right now tho... does anyone kno any flexibility excersizes i can do to become considerably more flexible than i am... and perhaps even become flexible enuff to participate in any of these?

My fantasy team (point-based league, head-to-head) is doing well for the year, but it seems most of my lineup's gone cold offensively, the past two weeks. How will each of these guys do in the second half this year?

i have recently discovered that lower blocks are really not that good and as a result i have stoped doing traditional karate i am still going to continue with my freestyle because they are more based on muay thai and prefer checking

what do you guys think is better blocking or good footwork comined with checking?

Let's put aside the allegations of steroids for a minute, because many, many, many players have been suspected of or have been proven to have used 'roids, and get to the heart of the hatred. Give me an example of how he has slighted you personally in a way that other players haven't. (For instance, "he wouldn't sign an autograph" wouldn't be acceptable, because I've seen him sign plenty.) Give me something original, please, that would make me believe what a "jerk" he is.

So it's coming to the time where an honorable name to the game in that of "Hammerin" Hank is going to be surpassed by Barry Bonds. Being that Mr. Hank Aaron started his career in my home town playing for the Eau Claire Bears in his early days I feel that this moment is very uneasing to me. Everyone knows he took steroids and it's evident from his interviews and public speaking breakdowns that he is lying.

I just feel that on the day of 756 that people should stand up and honor the great Hammerin Hank that was a slave to the game and overcame diversity as Jackie Robinson did in his years. This game is flooded with players not taking responsibility for their actions and cheating. It's a disgrace to the game.

I found a side-by-side shotgun in my granfathers attic. It's made by W.H. Greenfield. Their are pheasants engraved on either side of the receiver and engrved on the beed between the barrels is " LAMINATED STEEL" . Anyone with knowledge of this gun or maker please reply. Thanx

Wow! 20-14 game 1, 12-0 game 2. Batting practice at U.S. Cellular. 32 runs in a double header. Any records broke here, or tied? I'm sure that we will find out tomorrow when the newspapers come out, but in the mean time, anyone remember or know of such a high scoring, lopsided double header?
