FSA K-Force Stem?

Anyone using one? Any opinions on stiffness, improvement of ride (or dare I say aesthetics)?

What about the regular alumnium with carbon face plate?

I ride the FSA )S115 stem. That is alumnium and carbon faceplate. I prefer this setup to a full carbon stem. Three places I don't play around with are the stem, bars, and seatpost.
