and will the denver nuggets also get chauncey billups since he opted out of his contract and was born in colorado and went to school there and the denver nuggets need a point guard and chauncey billups is perfect for the job? I'm a die hard denver nuggets fan go nuggets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE REPLY

I've been running for awhile and I've been hitting a plateau for a few weeks.
No matter how much I practice, I won't get faster (surprisingly, I sometimes even get slower!) and I'm stuck!

Have you ever gone through a plateau in any sport? Like what did you do to get past it? Please respond!

I remember as a kid, going to the Sunday double header at Yankee or Shea Stadium. These were not makeup games, but were scheduled as double headers. We planted ourselves in the hot sun and proceeded to watch 2 baseball games with a 30 minute break between games. In those days, the players were not coddled overpaid spoiled prima donnas. They were told to play 2 games and they did. No bottled water, no Gatoraide, etc. They had a water fountain in the dugout and that was it. The first game started at 1:05PM and the second game endend sometime around 8:30PM.
All this for one single admission that was a hell of a lot cheaper (even counting inflation) than today.
I used to love those double headers. Does anyone else out there remember them?

I know half of you out there are haters and don't care, but Kobe is the best player in the game today. Where do you think he'll get traded Thursday night?? I've heard rumors that him and Garnett are going to end up in Houston, but with that said, McGrady will be gone... I just want Kobe to atleast win 1 more championship. That way him and Shaq both will have championships without each other.

Dont you think celebration dances should be eliminated? It seems that every tackle or every reception, certain players always celebrate. Some of you will say thats ok. But think about this.....what if Chipper Jones did the cabbage patch every time he caught a baseball, threw someone out or hit a home run. How rediculous would he look for that?

my coach told me i cannot come back on the team unless i make an appointment with him. i missed a week and a half of practice (practice everyday 'cept sunday) because i have to do summer school. If i dont do well at summer school my dad will not let me play basketball during the reguler season. (right now its the off-season, but we play 20 games) i know i made a commitment but there are things much more important than basketball. im better off doing well in school, so that i can get a good job, then hope to get drafted into the NBA lol.
