What trade did they make to loose their 2007 1st round draft pick ?

The traded their pick away. Considering the talent level in this year's draft it was a good move.

Traded it away. Also true with second round pick. No Cavs picks this year.

They would have had the 24th pick, but they traded it to Boston for guard Jim Welsch.
