First: The Nuggets have a 0% chance of getting Chauncey Billups. And so does the rest of the league. The Pistons let Ben Wallace go in order to secure enough cap space to re-sign him, and they are definitely going to do so, regardless of whether he opted out of his contract or not.

Second: The only scenario I can see Camby being traded would be to Atlanta for the No. 3 overall pick and Josh Childress, which, as much as I like Camby, would be a great trade for Denver. They would have the ability to take a risk on any of the big men in this year's draft and they would get an athletic swingman in Childress.

Third: I don't even agree with your evaluation that the Nuggets need a point guard. They can easily re-sign Steve Blake and if not, Allen Iverson will probably end up playing point guard anyway. If all else fails, they can package some second round picks to Washington for Antonio Daniels.

I think that Camby will end up with the Bulls because it was said on ESPN earlier that the Nuggets are very interested with the Bulls 9th draft pick. They (ESPN) said that the Bulls will send their #9 draft pick and PJ Brown (Who's contract is up) to the Nuggets. It was also said that the Nuggets have a lot of interest in Acie Law IV (PG from Texas A&M), whom they feel they can get @ the 9th pick.

As far as Chauncey goes, it will be a good look and a dream come true for you, A. I., Melo and every Nuggets fan out their. But I doubt that the Nuggets could swing him seiing how they're paying AI 20 mil next year, Kenyon Martin 13 mil, NeNe 11 mil and Melo 14 mil. Chauncey only made 6 mil last year so you know he wants to get paid!!! So good luck there!!

I don't think that the Nuggets will trade Camby he's an awesome defensive player and a pretty good offensive player. the Nuggets don't really have another good big man.
I don't really know about the whole Billups thing because I don't follow Billups or the Pistons...I didn't even know he was a free-agent. I think that if Billups leaves the Pistons (which he probably will) then the Pistons are in big trouble unless they get a good pick in the draft.

I hope the Nuggets don' trade Camby. I don't see them being able to trad him for anyone that can help them more than he does. He has been a very good rebounder, when healthy, and very good helpside defender. For a team that doesn't play much defense he is needed. I love Nene but he doesn't offer what Camby does. The problem they have is the amount of money they have tied up in Kenyon Martin. They need to get rid of someonee and he is the one that needs to go, but nobody wants him, so the next choice is Camby. It is a shame. I think they should try to get Jason Kappono. He is a decent outside shooter, something they need. I think Billups would like to come back, I just don't think it will work out for both sides. I think Billups will be back in Detroit.
