I play on an elite softball team- my team is a 12U team but we are playing 14U. Softball is very big in New England- is it as big in other parts of the US?

Sure it is. College's have it as a varisity sport and offer scholarships for it too. The trend is going to fast pitch now. If you look, you can still find some schools playing slow pitch ball but they are getting fewer. good luck.

i play softball too! i thought that no1 plays it! California is a huge place 4 softball, especially in the southern part! i play 4 Rancho Bernardo Girls Softball League

Yes it is. From the largest of towns to the smallest like mine which is a 1A school .
