im 16, i hav been doing biking 4 about 4 and a half months 6 times a week. monday 2 friday i do a 10 minute hill climb and 20 min flat and 20 min on the wind trainer.. my hill climb time started at about 25 mins so i hav cut down a lot..but its getting harder..

sat is rest day
sunday i do a 6 or 7k hill climb not exactly sure how long.. i started out wif a time of 43 mins 32 secs and i am now at 40 mins 40 secs. and i hav been doing this the past 2 months.. i also do about 2 and a half hours of flat riding on sunday.....

i want 2 get a lot better really fast.. do anyone hav any ideas of wat 2 do.. do i do more training or wat becuz im not getting betta as fast as i used 2 its taking ages now. and i want 2 cut down about 2 and a half minutes on a 2.5k hill climb by next march.. but now its taking for eva 2 cut down time
any ideas on wat 2 do 2 get beta as fast as ossible thanks

I ask you this because it seems like being an overrated and underrated basketball player both have its advantages. Overrated seems like an insult, while being called underrated seems like a compliment. Although being called overrated shows that you already have a high status in the NBA.

Both hours of WWE Raw beat all NBA playoff games last week. An episode of Spongebob and Masked men were ahead of some games too. Spurs will have it handed to them again. They've already been in the 2 lowest watched Finals in history, in '03 and '05. This year could be the lowest. With all that's going on in the NBA, how long before ratings are lower than the WNBA??? I can only speak for myself but I am sick of the whole Politically Correct thing and especially when applied to NASCAR racing. I'm sick of all of the fines, points deductions and suspensions. I want to see real stock car racing where drivers and teams come to the track and the best car, crew and driver win at the end of the day. What do you think?

Are these immature eggs, a section of fat, a tumor, an abnormality of some other kind? Is this normal? In case you couldn't guess I do not fish that often and usually fish later in the year, so I don't know if that is why I have never seen anything like this before.

I have a Remington 870 shotgun with an 18 inch cylinder bore barrel. It can be used for skeet and trap shooting, but it is hardly ideal as the pattern generated is too wide to hit the birds at long range. Also, my nearest range won't permit barrels under 26 inches for their trap/skeet range.

Is it as simple as buying a new barrel online and installing it via the normal fieldstripping/cleaning method? That seems like it would work. Can anyone recommend what kind of chokes I should be looking at, or know good suppliers online?

i want to know who is a real nascar fan that isnt a redneck. im a 13 yr old grl that goes to nascar races and i watch the races every weekend. whos a nascar fan and whos ur favorite driver and WHY? im an elliott sadler fan cuz the first race i ever watched (bristol 2001) i swore whoever won would be my favorite driver. then elliott won so he was my favorite but i never payed attention til i was about 9 or 10 when i went to daytona for my first race. then i was a serious elliott sadler fan and when he moved to evernham my whole family was suprised i didnt go with david gilliland or whatever that guys name is but i stuck with elliott. hopefully i can find more sadler fans out there!
