Everyone is talking about "going green" or start being concioius in the oil you burn and use. Everyone has been saying for years that eventually we are going to burn out all the oil in the world and make the costs sky rocket. Well why in the world would we have NASCAR, Indy, those truck racing and other racing events. It is boring to a lot of people, and WASTES more oil than any other thing I can think of.

Instead of forcing cities to build new indoor outdoor venues, shouldn't it be rotated every year. NFC one year AFC the next. Why is it like a city bidding to host the olympics.

Sports reports seem to be less concerned about the major players who loose at tournaments leading up to a grand slam. Is this because they are only viewed as warm-ups by the major players? This week many of the big names and top players lost to the wannabees and not one sports reporter made a big stink about it.

I'm a Gordon fan, and therefore I'm obligated to be a Hendrick fan and I'm enjoying the success right now. However, I'm also a realist and I realize that the success will not last forever. I know everyone (who is not a HMS fan) is tired of hearing about the domination, so who do think will step up and end it first?..or at least slow it down?

Please...no conspiracy theorists. I know NASCAR seems a little conspicuous at times with cautions and thier timing but we all must realize, as intelligent human beings, that there is no "rigging" in NASCAR. They wouldn't "rig" it for someone, whom 90% of all NASCAR fans hate, to win. He's just talented and caught breaks so far this year.

Well, David B., I know it's probably not the intelligent question your looking for, but it beats the "where will Jr end up?" or "who do you like/hate the most?" that fill up the screen. Give me credit, I tried.....
