I'm a Posluszny fan, but he won't be an Urlacher. In college, Urlacher did everything. Receiver, runningback...he's one of the most athletic linebackers in the game today along with Adalius Thomas. I'm not even a Bears fan. Posluzny reminds me more of a Mike Peterson from Jacksonville (who isn't a slouch at all)

Poz has the ability to be a great LB, but probably not the best in the game the way Urlacher has become.

And I doubt the Bills will run the same defensive system as the Bears do, so that will make comparing them even more difficult/complicated as the years go on. Some LBs become "great" due to the defensive system that leads plays in their direction. Time will tell how much the Bills' system emphasizes Poz.

Being a Bills fan, I certainly hope so. He does have that hard working bule collar mentality, which is a perfect fit in Buffalo. He may not pan out to be better than Urlacher, but than again, who else is as good as Urlacher? I just hope he turns into a solid starter.

No! Urlacher will be one of the best all time when all is said and done.

Poz wasn't even the best LB at Penn State IMO. Dan Connor was. But, I guess that doesn't mean he won't be.
