In game 5, Jason Terry threw Baron Davis to the floor and he only got one technical. Stephen Jackson just claps after a foul is called and he gets tossed. And I haven't seen any news or articles talking about what Terry did. Do you think Terry should be at least fined for his actions?

swimming flip turns?

Ok so I know the motions and have been able to somersault on one spot. But when swimming up to a wall and going into a turn I get all sideways and its just pathetic!
Can anyone recommend anything to improve the flip turn at this basic level??? For example, do you suggest I viciously go into the turn or just roll into it gently.

Any mile runners living at high altitude?

hey :]
i'm in track and i have a meet tomorrow, so i'm just wondering if there are any mile runners living at over 6000 feet above sea level. i ask because there are a bunch of people at lower altitudes who say they run miles in like 6:15 but end up running 8 or 9 minute miles when they go to a high altitude place. personally, my mile is 7:40, and i'm one of the fastest on my middle school track team (sad, i know).

but i live in Colorado Springs, which is i think 6008 feet above sea level. what's an average mile time up here, and if you live in a high place, what's your mile time?

and how do i improve mine before tomorrow?? hah. i actually want to place this time.

How many days should I weight lift?

I just turned 15 and I just got out of track season, and I wanted to get back in the weight room. I want to lift, mon. tues. thurs. fri. and saturday. Is that to much to do, because i know you can overwork your body by lifting to much and not getting rest.

Warriors Mavs game 5?

Who thought that the refs call on Baron Davis which ended up getting him fouled out wasnt really a foul. To me that did not look like a foul. I thought that ref only called it cause he thought that Baron was gonna foul him which didnt look like a foul to me. Im not saying that if Baron Davis didnt get fouled out that they would have won the game but who knows on wat would have happend but we know how good Baron Davis is doing. Wat do u think about that call. Go Warriors!
