I just turned 15 and I just got out of track season, and I wanted to get back in the weight room. I want to lift, mon. tues. thurs. fri. and saturday. Is that to much to do, because i know you can overwork your body by lifting to much and not getting rest.

Depends on what you are doing, but you should give muscle groups a day of rest between workouts.

You can so this, but it is best to alternate between an upper body work out and a lower body work out on different days so that you dont overwork the same muscles day after day

Nope thats perfect just make sure you eat enough protein and do different muscles different days. Like stomach and chest on mon. Back and shoulders on tues. And so on. Like I said eat protein and drink lots of water.

hey it all depend on how much work you put on your body. If you do 3 hard out days spread apart and then the other 2 days doing a quick workout nothing that will push your body your be sweet.

Hey man, I used to wonder the same thing. luckily My strength and conditioning coach is also one of my best friends and my dad was and my Godfather is a body builder. from their professional experiences you can lift every single day but this is how you do it you alternate days on muscle groups. on one day you only do lifts that require you to pull (curls, lap pull downs, pullups, chinups, lat twists, power clean, dead lift, etc) on the next day you do only pushing lifts (bench press, incline, dips, squats, pushups, military press etc) and you just keep alternating between days, give yourself a break on the weekend. they also told me that you there are 3 muscle groups that you can work every single day: forearms, calves, and abs. you can work those day after day after day. the last thing they told me is to make sure you stretch and that after every day of lifting you should stretch again and then go out and run a mile. all of this will help you build up and will keep you from hurting yourself (please use a spotter when lifting)

hope this helps
bigger, faster, stronger, and unbeatable God bless

5 to 6 days a week will be just fine. Just alternate your body parts from day to day. Good luck
