Sri lanka is a grate team in this WC. They have shown their capability in past few years.But considering past time we had seen that most of cricket fans talk about australia,India,SA or NZ

i'm a girl who likes or even loves playing football.....and everytime i play with guys they always seem to go easy on me and i absolutely hate that!!i know they want to be careful and all with girls but i am just equally as good.How can i get them to treat me like a real football player?

I could not believe this! I have not been on here in a while and i got an Email from Smitty telling me that Santana had died. I'm in total shock! Santana had just Emailed me not to long ago and told me to keep my head up because a lot of guys on here were insulting me because i'm a female who knows boxing. He told me that he was very impressed with my knowledge of the sport and that he was looking forward to my questions. He was such a nice person and i enjoyed chatting with him. Wow, i am so sad! My thoughts and prayers got out to his family and friends. If anyone on here can get some information about sending some flowers or when and where his funeral will be, please post it or Email me. This is some heartbreaking news to me and i'm crying as i'm typing. He will me missed! No doubt about it, he was the best! Santana, we loved ya babe!

Looking at pitching stats from the 60's, 70's and 80's it seems that every teams had 2 or 3 20-game winners and someone with a least 250 strikeouts and at least 15 complete games. But now days if a pitcher wins 20 games he wins the Cy Young Award. Also it's like they get hurt more.

The pitcher had the name Sele on his back so I'm guessing it was Aaron Sele. The batter charged the mound and when the batter gets steps away from home plate, Sele sidesteps him and the batter is tackled by a fielder. Who is the batter and the fielder who tackles him? The fielder is a very big man.

I went to a Dodgers/Padres game last year in Los Angeles and with the Dodgers leading in 8-0 in the bottom of the ninth inning and the Dodger's Furcal stole second base. Is this considered unsportmanship to steal a base with that big of a lead playing at home so late in the game? Please think before answering.

Listen, I am NOT trying to be an ****** but when the Canucks were winning there were lots of questions/answers about how they are Cup-bound and how Turco sucked.... BOTH goal tenders are great (Turco and Luongo)... both teams are pretty good.

I just want to point out the obnoxious over-confidence of those Canucks' fans NOT facing the music tonight... (NOT all of Vancouver's fans did that; I'm just talking about the ones who did, you know who you are).

IF Vancouver wins Monday night then I don't want to hear from those people since they can't say it here tonight... If you want to talk smack then do it here, right now.

A personal note: Barnes and Morrow are f-******* brilliant.... Mitchell for the Nucks has been outstanding.... I have loved every minute of this series.
