You know, every one is dogging on 24 about how he is a whiner..WHATEVER!!! Who is the one that wasn't classy enough to stick around for a post race interview? Gordon has always interviewed whether 1st place or 5th. Tony is just a sore loser and I hope his fans see that...whatever happens on the track, at least have enough class to acknowledge your sponsors and fans..I wish Home Depot would fire him and get a classy driver who will represent them well.
And I won't even mention his accomplishments tonight..everyone already knows what they are!!
As for #8, I think that he is calming down this year and I hope that he will turn into a classy driver and make a name for himself and not live off his dad's legacy any more.
Hello!!!! Why do you always see Hendricks cars in victory lane? Because they are the fastest and the smartest team in NASCAR and everyone knows it. Even the commentators acknowledge that each week. Great crew chiefs and great drivers and great owners make for one heck uva team dynamic!!
Stop throwing the word 'cheating' around...there was no cheating tonight..and FYI...EVERY TEAM CHEATS!!! So stop complaining and enjoy the sport or go watch basketball.

As I have been saying now for a while I think this is going to be Jeff's year. I mean he can do anything. He was the first driver to win Phoenix from a pole. That is amazing. He also won his first Phoenix race from the Pole and the first driver to win from the pole and to tie Earnhardt Sr. for number of career wins. That is just amazing. I think all the haters are going to be reexamine their view on Jeff Gordon since he is one of the best drivers and did a really classy gesture by driving wiht the #3 flag as he took his Victory Lap around the track really slow to perserve the moment. Jr. did a really classy thing to but shaking his hand and he said "He would have to shake Jeff's hand because anytime you beat my daddy in anything it's something to be proud of." I think that was something to be proud of and this is his year. The Drive for Five is back and better then ever!!!!

We're only 8 races in. It takes a solid 36 to win it all.

~~ fan here...
Gordon did a great job tonight. Win from the pole, first win at this track and tied Dale Sr.'s win record. CONGRATS! Watch out Jimmie Johnson, your teammate/co-owner has your number...LOL
Stewart ain't too far behind. He can still spank em and get his 3rd championship. It looks to be an interesting year. We shall see...

Hey...I'm a Dale Jr fan so I'm just gonna say congrats to Jeff for getting his first win at Phoenix! I still think it's BS that Dale Jr wound up down a lap when he didn't do anything wrong. But congrats to Jeff.

actually yeah, and I am not a 20 or 8 fan, and you are right, give any drivers a special car that no telling what Nascar lets them get away with and you are gonna win. And don't give me any crap about best drivers and blah blah, put him in an identical car like the Iroc series and he wasn't that great. They are Nascar golden boys and as long as they are winning, things are great. People need to wake up and really pay close attention to the special concessions Nascar gives their beloved Chevy. GM probably gives nascar(Mike Helton and France)a cut from the profits that they make from Chevy winning on Sunday or Saturday night and selling on Monday. Makes me sick and Jeff Gordan is a big whiner all them time, just the way he talks( whineenneneneneneneen).

Love how Gordon put the moves on the 20 after Stewart made that 3 wide pass. Would have been totally pi@*...ticked at Truex had Gordon not won this race.
How's Gordon the big crybaby and how did they give it to him? He had to race his **** off to get back by Stewart and win this one.
And if them winning is ruining the sport, how is it any different than Nascar promoting Jr every chance they get?
