If you mean 200 rushing yards--
A quarterback can either hand off the ball, and then the person he gives it to runs until he is tackled or scores. That is rushing yards. Or the QB can throw the ball, and that is called passing yards.

A football field is only 100 yards so a 200 yard rush is impossible. But 200 rushing yards is possible for multiple plays during a game.

HTH I tried to explain the best I could.

The football field is only 100 yards long (not counting endzones).
A runner has to start on the 1, run back wards the length of the field, turn around at the other 1 yard line, and run from there. That might still not be enough since he only ran 98 yards each way.

Otherwise a RB must run 200 yards total in the game. A 100 yard rusher is a big deal.

I can't get the Rush yards per game stat easily. I know 200 yards rushing has happened, but it is extremely rare.

A football field is only 100 yards, so as a play, there is no single 200 yard rush...However, a running back can have 200 total yards rushing in a game...

Actually, the longest possible single rush in the NFL is 99 yards. So 200 yards on a single carry is not possible but 200 yards in a game is and is quite an NFL achievement. For more info on this feat, check out the link below.

No such thing. The longest possible single rush in American football is 100 yards. (Length of pitch). If a player rushed for 200 yards thats the total number he got in the whole game resulting from multiple plays.
