nfl is a physical contact sport therefore sometimes tempers flare.its called being human!!this is not the late 80's and early 90's anymore where players are getting into 20 fights every sunday.todays players do everything they can to be as professional as they can.
occasionally a player does committ a serious crime and when he does,he deserves the repercussions of his actions.but for the most part todays players dont do that.

Does anyone think Barry Zito has a chance at NL Cy Young?

I think he does because he won the AL Cy Young a few years ago, and the AL has better hitters. The reason he's fell off a little bit the past couple of years is because the AL hitters have seen him and his amazing curveball. The NL hitters have never seen a curveball like his, and in interleague play he has been dominate the past couple of years so I think he has a decent chance at winning the Cy Young award. What do you think?

What is the deal with Lou Lamoriello?

This guy fires someone who has the team in first, won 5 of the last 7, and led them to the playoffs...in the guys first year. If the Devils do not win the Stanley Cup this year, Lou should fire himself for being just a jerk.

HBK....The Best Ever?

Id like to ask you if you agree? I mean he hasen't held the title as much as others and hasen't had really long championship reigns but c'mon the man is a machine! He beat Diesel and Psycho Sid for the title and not to mention Bret Hart and The hell in the cell and look at his size! He should be known as the Giant killer but he is amazing none the less. Who thinks HBK is getting ribbed and should be the champion!

How come the Sharks dont get any respect?

When people are asked to rank the top teams in the NHL, I never see the Sharks among them. The Sharks are the biggest team in the NHL as well as one of the quickest. They have the #1 Powerplay, a dynamite combo of thorton and cheechoo, as well as excellent goalkeeping. And they are the youngest team in the NHL which means they will be good for years to come. Now someone tell me why they arent at least top 5 in the NHL....
