Raw:
1. The Great Khali, because being standing in the ring like a tree is not the mark of a good wrestler.
2. Hacksaw Jim Duggan, because his time has passed.
3. Val Venis, because he's just taking up roster space.
4. Viscera, see 'Val Venis.'
SmackDown:
1. The Boogeyman, then try and bring him back with a better gimmick.
2. Vickie Guerrero; now that she's not managing Chavo anymore, she's taking up space.
Those are the only people I'd get rid of. Here are some people I'd move around.

Umaga to ECW
Chris Masters to SD
From ECW:
CM Punk to SD (he's only 7 pounds out of weight for the Cruiserweight Title, which I think he'd be a good fit for.)

And I agree that King Booker should go back to Booker T
and Cena can stay as long as he stops being a poser soldier.

Raw- Edge, Randy Orton, Trevor Murdoch (did I even spell that right....oh well), Lance Cade and Umage with Estrada
SmackDown- Mr. Kennedy(SO ANNOYING!!!!), MVP, King Booker and Queen Sharmel (unless they dropped the whole royalty scheme), Daivari (why is he still there??), and Finley (he can only win if his sidekick helps him)
