I think I know what you mean. Basically, your muscles will work for as long as you pump fuel into them. You need carbs and sugar. I ride with a hydration pack full of Go (95%Carb), a Go bar and a pocket full of jelly babies (For those tricky hills).

Stamina while riding. Just a constant pace, spinning on the right gear, not pushing nor coasting. Your question is too vague.
