I get cramps a lot when I run, usually towards the beginning. I know they happen to many people...and I was wondering: Is it better to run through the cramps, or walk/stop until they go away? How long does it usually take them to go away? Why do you get cramps when you run? Any tips on making them less/non-existant?

We have saw John cena beat Kurt Angle and Triple H... This guy right now has a good rating and all the storylines shows him as someone that could not never be beat.... i think if right now they put him against Hulk Hogan he will win.........
But i am not sure about fighting a Rock or a S.O.B named Stone COld , or a Undertaker..... I mean he must be beat sometime by someone...... It interesting the way of WWE show someone who in anyway can escape with a win .....But what can possibly happened if he lost just one time in a main Event, but losing without no tricks....

The problem is that I get stuck practicing with the worst players on the team. My tennis skills are gradually getting noticeably worse. i use to be able to slam the ball back at my opponents but now i keep making errors that i would have made a year ago. im ranked 10 out of 13 and only the top 6 get to play real matches. I have beaten the higher ranked kids but for some reason the coach put me at 10. if i challange another player for their rank they will probably beat me now because im not use to playing fast pace tennis anymore. now everytime i come home from "practice" i feel very frustrated and stressed. should i quit the team? i might add more detail later.
