I didn't make the varsity tam cause coach said i needed to work on my ball handling and driving skills. anyone know how i can inprove?

Dude had a 68% completion percentage and the idiotic Texans go get an unproven Matt Schaub instead of getting help on the O-line and another WR to compliment Andre Johnson. I don't know which was the worst move not taking Reggie Bush or this one.

what is the best way to keep them snug? i got them used and the straps are a tad bit stretched. But ive heard some players don't even use straps just socks how would you do that?

I am from Chicago and now living in the LA area. I about fell out of my chair when a co-worker mentioned to me that Phil Jackson is part African American. Not that it bothers me in anyway at all. But, after the Chicago Bulls and all their wins and the press, I would never have guessed.

I play baseball and havnt played soccer since i was 5 or 6. I played a pickup game today with a few people on our schools jv and varsity soccer team and I didnt think i was that good, but my soccer friends said i should try out in the fall. I need to find a fall sport and it's either this or tennis. If anyone has any good websites for tips and stuff on how to get better because i would like to play and ifnd out more about it.

If we just eliminated every southern team that there is. Not relocate-just eliminate. Maybe stick some back in QC/Winnipeg/Hartford but bring the total down to like 24 teams. Get rid of the Phoenix's, TB's, Miami's, California teams (heck, they are just an extension of Mexico), Carolina's, Nashville's et al. These are not real hockey towns or real hockey fans and they keep changing the game to try to suit these people. Replace them with indoor soccer or something and maybe they will be happy. We've diluted the league to nothing and for what?? The old mighty dollar??
I remember watching Montreal's farm team in the 70's (Vees) and they would have won the cup in today's NHL.
Sorry but many people with the opportunity to go to the beach or to a game, the beach will prevail. I don't even know if the NHL would do so well in Canada if it was played in the summer to relate it to something. Also, these opinionated fans that have been to a few games but have never played on a lake etc.
