It depends on how the boxer can pull a crowd in, it's all about making a name for yourself. If you don't bring a big crowd to your fight, your not going to get far.
They get a certain % from whatever money is made on the day via ticket sales. Also depends, if your the winner then obviously you'll receive more than your opponent.

Start training at your closest boxing gym, train 5 days a week and put all you can into your training.
You might start fighting at an amateur level (fight and don't get paid) but you need to make it big and put in lots of time & dedication to become professional.

it depends on the contract, promoter, pay per view, etc. most boxers are exploited by loop holes that promoters and managers abuse. for example, at one time a manager could also be his fighters promoter. problem is conflict on interest when it comes to the fighter since the promoter pays the fighter and fighter pays the manager. it is also worth mentioning that champions who represent a sanctioning body has to pay sanctioning fees, etc. so a fighter could get paid 5 million for a fight and only take home 1 million after all is said and done

As much as they can.

You become a boxer by walking into the local gym, lacing up some gloves and going to work.
