I'm 19, male, I'm 6ft or a bit taller, I have a medium to skinny build. I haven't done any martial arts before, but I'm not sure which to choose out of Muay Thai or Brazilian Jiu jitsu?

OK since March Madness has reached the Sweet Sixteen I thought it would be cool to have a wrestling Sweet Sixteen. He are the rules. You must pick 4 guys each from Raw, Smackdown, ECW and TNA. You can use the roster online I did. These picks should be on the basis of wrestling ablility only and not mic skills or personallity as this is going to be a pure shoot tournament. Seed them 1 to 4 in each brand having 1 wrestling 4 and 2 wrestling 3. Have the Raw winner wrestle the ECW winner then have the Smackdown winner wrestle the TNA winner. Then the winners of those two will Wrestle for our mythical wrestling nation championship. I will provide my brackets and results in updates. So lets see what you come up with it should be fun.

Somehow, Lyle Overbay slipped through the cracks in the draft that I just held. I would love to get him (I have the 5th waiver spot, so I may not have the option.) The proble is that I already have Howard, Teixiera, Sheffield and Kendrick who are eligible for 1b. On the other hand, Overbay is a better Util player when either Howard or Texiera has a day off than anybody else on my bench.

Long as your here, feel free to comment on my team in general, as well.

I am Age:12
Height:5'4"
Weight:115

I can catch and run pretty good i am not the fastest but i'm average speed. I suck at throwing, blocking, and D-line. I can cover recievers but i'm not very good at it, i can tackle and read the QB good and am good at intercepting passes.

please answer and give me any tips or workouts to improve for the posistion that you say. Also any workouts to improve my time on the 40-yard dash
