im tryin out for my juniour high cheerleading squad. i have absolutly no expirence with gynastics or flexibility and i can't get into any classes like yoga,gymnastics...etc. I was in ballet for 2 years and hip-hop for 2 also so i have some of the choreographing under controll. also,i can ALMOST do the forward splits. i understand and know what the jumps/stunts are thanks to the internet. i need to know how to do the scorpian,heelstretch,bow'n'arrow and i need to be able to do toetouches,hurkie(hurdle)and i think thats it. but the worst thing is i have absolutly no idea how to train safely at home by myself. please give me tips/daily routines to do. i have 3 months ('till june) untill the coach comes seeing whos interested in trying out and to see what they can do...like a mini tryout. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!

I am going to buy a hybrid some time in the next two weeks. I am thinking of the Specialized Sirrus Comp or Sport the Trek FX 7.6 or the Gary Fisher Mendota, but I am open to other suggestions. Does anyone have any good ideas? I have less then $1000 to spend maybe a tad more if there are noticable differences. I use it for comuting but definatly will go on long rides on the weekends.

i personally think ashley or melina,
ashley because she said in an interview that he was her favorite wrestler, and for melina, i thought it was cute when shawn hugged melina at survivor series.

I began swimming since I was four and became a competitive swimmer. At age 12 I became an endurance swimmer and did very well in regional and national meets. I had a great team, and really enjoyed being with my friends even though most of them were older than me. The time came when they retired to go to college or do other things, and though I stayed in the team along with some other teammates, I realized things weren't really the same. I stopped swimming competitively last year because I had rearranged my priorities and started focusing more in other things such as school. Now, I can't believe I spent so much time and effort in swimming, because I feel I was somehow missing many other things. However, I'm glad I did what I did and have no regrets. I often wonder what would it be like if I go back, and think that even though I could still swim well, I'd never really enjoy it as much because many of my old friends have gone or have changed too. Has any one ever felt the same?

I personally think they're getting better and better(They're crushing the Suns tonight). I feel bad for who has to play them in the playoffs because they and the Lakers are the most likely to upset the top teams.

I know so. I know this is a pretty ballsy statement considering everything that Manning has accomplished, but I think that if each of these guys went to the other team... Ryan Leaf would have 2 MVP awards and really nice looking records while Peyton Manning was stuck in QB purgatory. Peyton would of sucked with a less then stellar recieving corps and got frustrated and started blaming everyone else... ya know, like he does now... accept he knows he has it too good so you always catch him biting his tongue. Ryan Leaf would of excelled on the Colts just like any QB could do with an offense like that and would of been biting his tongue when he blew games over there. It's frustrating how obvious it is... what do you guys think?
