I have recently gone back swimming. I am about a stone overweight and am trying to shift this weight. After going a few weeks, I have noticed my general fitness has improved and I think now I need a training plan. Has anyone any ideas on how to go about making a good training plan?

Personally, I have always wanted to see "The Phenominal" AJ Styles against Rey Mysterio! Could you imagine that match?! It would be an instant classic! Two of the greatist, most successful pro wresltlers in wrestling history at their size (Both of them have been Heavyweight Champions. AJ Styles is a 3 time NWA World Heavyweight Champion and Rey Mysterio is a 1 time WWE World Heavyweight Champion.) one on one. I don't care what kind of a match it would be just as long as I got to see it! Who and what would you pick?
