I don't know who let them out , but we need to get them locked back up. I think they should all have to start any answer they give with : " Please pardon me , but I'm stupid ..."

Well, this is the thing about having an opinion, you can agree or you don't, plain and simple.
I must admit that I put thought on most of my answers, as I genuinely want to educate or/and help people, specially fellow martial art practicioners.
Sadly, even retards have a right for an opinion, and more times that I like to care they select a "thumbs down" to a well thought, well intented answer.

Hi Bushido,
Just starting to get hang of this. Have trained in Thai Boxing for 11 years and thought I would contribute to this section with any useful knowledge I may have. All I receive are idiots comments and have been reported for abuse when answering weirdos back.Is it just me or does it happen to everyone? Is it true people vote for themselves as well!!!!xx

I must admit, I do occassionally give a well deserving answer a thumbs down. I just feel guilty not doing so, especially when the person has worked so hard to earn one. It just doesn't seem right not to reward them for their effort. :)

I agree! Some of us in this "martial arts" category actually put some real thought and sincerity into our answers. Although I am relatively "new" here, I do have a background in education, and I know the tell-tale signs of adolescent boys and 20something year-old "man-childs"...and this is one of them!

They are free to put their thumbs wherever they want. People have a right to be idiots.

I've actually been thinking the same thing again.
It's annoying and unnecessary.
