Um you should have asked which High Flyers are NOT Better than Jeff Hardy, because at this point in his career who is worse would be certainly a shorter list than who is better.
Jeff Hardy is a shell of his former self. That is painfully obvious when guys like AJ Styles totally outclassed him while he was in TNA and had to resort to working garbage matches with guys like Abyss and Raven to hide how slow he was.
I can think of 10 guys off the top of my head are better than Jeff Hardy just in the top 3 American promotions alone WWE/TNA/ROH. That is not even mentioning luchadors in Mexico, Super Juniors in Japan or guys who work for smaller Indies like Teddy Hart.

Matt Sydal is far better than Jeff Hardy. Maybe 6 years ago Hardy was the man, but not today. AJ Styles is also better as are most of the Mexican and Japanese cruiserweight wrestlers.

jeff is good. but no one will ever be the homicidal, suicidal, genocidal SABU!!!. he is the greatest there ever was or will be. he is not a luchador and does not try to be he is just a high flyer with abilities that even make mysterio say "how the hell did he do that?!"

It's hard to say who's the best since there are so many independent and local wrestling in cities all over America as well as locations all over the world. So to say who's the best, one can only answer if one knows all the wrestlers who would even be considered in that catagory.

I would say RVD or Jack Evans(WSX).There both good,but not as good as Jeff Hardy.
