All teams have a third jersey. The Detroit Red Wings, New Jersey Devils, and Carolina Hurricanes have yet to introduce a third jersey. The National Hockey League will suspend the Third Jersey Program after the 2006-07 NHL season because of the new style NHL jerseys which were unveiled at the 2006-2007 NHL All-Star Game.

Bruins, Rangers, Blackhawks, Panthers, Senators, Maple Leafs, Canucks, Avalanche, Sharks, Oilers, Predators, Kings, Islanders, Flames, Wild, Blue Jackets, Anaheim Ducks, and the Stars. This does not include those teams that wear vintage jerseys, ex. Buffalo Sabres.

Also, the Atlanta Thrashers don't have a third jersey anymore. The changed their 3rd light blue jersey to their home jersey. Then they got rid of their dark blue and red one.

Actually I don't think the Penguins have one anymore. They had the third one with the "streamlined" logo they used a few years back(and I'm so glad they got rid of that). I haven't seen them use a third one since they switched back to the logo they use now.
