I really am looking for advice on how I can be a cheerleader. I love the sport and I know it's very very hard. I'm in grade six now but next year I was hoping to tryout for the cheerleading squad. I've searched everywhere: the libery,movies,the internet,even talking to the school's cheerleading coach!! I'm looking for replys that can tell me how to stretch daily, what I should know and learn how to do and how to do it. Also, please don't say anything stupid because I seriously need help with this. If you are an expirenced cheerleader already, that's so awsome but please atleast take the time to help someone inspired of what you do out.:)

Former team of Jerry "The King" Lawler, Joey Styles, and Jonathan Coachman from RAW or current team of Michael Cole and JBL from Smackdown?

The commentating teams are the main reason why I watch the respective shows because half the fun is listening to them call the action. Ever since Joey Styles and and Jonathan Coachman have stopped commentating, I've lost a lot of interest in RAW. Now, I enjoy Smackdown more now that Tazz is not commentating anymore and JBL took his place.

I live in Daytona, yet I've never been to a race. I'm not looking forward to paying outrageous prices for a beer. Does anyone know if we can bring our own alcohol into the stands?

not against drivers such as Juan Pablo Montoya, Aric Almirola, and some other non-American drivers coming into the sport. Also why aren't the against going to Mexico or Canada to race. Personally I'm not against the drivers, or Toyota, I'm only against Mexico and Canada, because they are going to be taking away dates from tracks that should keep the dates. I know currently the Busch series have them on off weekends, but I know once it gets to Cup, I forsee losing Darlington or another track, that only has one date.
I'm just curious as to why fans are against Toyota, but not the other things I mentioned?

ok so heres the situation my basketball coach has seen me play in games and he likes how i play. im a junior on jv and every time we pratice with varsity i score on dem like hell! with that being said today thier is a special varsity pratice going from now to next friday and coach sent out letters to certain pepole and he choose my teamate who dosent try hard or plays hard like me (not being cocky) but is that fair? can somebody give me some info into what i should i do?

I will be purchasing a very basic 16 piece golf set this month and will be heading out to the driving range for the first time. It will be my first time swinging an actual golf club and wanted to hear any advice or pointers from the pros what i might need to know or do since i'm like a sponge ready to learn. I will be going to the range with a friend who plays in amateur tournaments but I still would like to hear from others any techniques or pointers i should keep in mind when learning. Thanks!

I havent been weight training religiously for about 5 months now. I started to lift again today, and noticed that i have gotten much weaker. I am 15 years old, and was benching 185 reps of 5 when i was lifting, and today was having trouble with 165 repping of 5.Is this normal? will i get back up to normal strength?
