I'm very pissed that Hugo Sanchez put the two old farts (Borgetti and Blanco) up front. He should have gone with younger players like Bravo and Fonseca from the start. The midfield was a disaster but the defense was good overal exept for the 2 errors that really cost them. Marquez had a good game but I would have liked to seen him push he's way up front like he usually does.

First, VIVA MEXICO! Now, don't bullshit yourself if you are one of those that think that the team Hugo played against the US was "just to try them out". That squad he put out there was to win. Now, I agree with what seems to be the popular view, in that the forwards utilized by Hugo "valen Verga!" It seems that we (Mexico) always have a good defense, a decent midfield and a good goalie, but it’s the forwards that keep Mexico from achieving any thing better than O.K. But no worries; in the next years, Mexico’s problem of having forwards incapable of finishing will be resolved with the inclusion of Castillo, Vela, and Dos Santos. On another point, for those that still want Fonseca on the national team, please just look at him play. He’s just as good (bad) as Borgetti when it comes to scoring. Just look at the game vs the US and you will see that he missed two easy opportunities to score but choked. I will say he hustles and plays all out, but he is too slow and has little to no ball control. Hugo, in two years, will have no choice but to bring up new players and bench the old greats if he wants to have any sort of chance of bringing the World Cup to Mexico. And I must agree with what one said about Guardado; he’s awesome. Les dio una bailada a los Americanos.

I thought it was an OK team. Mexico was dominating most of the time and they didn't get to practice much because of their other teams so i'm guessing they have an excuse. I was really dissapointed not seeing Nery Castillo though and as for the U.S. they got lucky

Mexico's national sport = crossing the border to the US, becoming a burden on the US economy, and then denouncing the country in which they now live in.

They are so used to play with foreign players that the national team is a joke without them.

With a little bit of practice together they'll be the best...Hugo was just trying out his players for the next match

I think that they should stick with new people at least younger ones other than that they don't get to cocky even if they have the best once.
Omar Bravo is the best and is very cute!
