Here are some questions about the rules of the NFL that not every fan may know.

See how many you can answer without looking them up.

1) How far back does a field judge stand to the line of scrimmage? Does it even have to be a specific distance?

2) What's the penalty for a team arriving late to a game?

3) Name the only other way a touchdown can automatically be awarded even if a player never stepped foot in the endzone (this excludes a player that is pushed out of bounds by trying to catch a pass).

4) Name six penalties that are not automatic first downs.

5) How far off the ground is the top face of the cross bar on a goal post?

6) How many footballs are used exclusively for the kicking game?

7) If one entire team is disqualifed for any reason before a game can be played, what will the score of the game be recorded as in the league records?

8) Who has the authority to cancel a game under normal circumstances?

Is there any way I can see who are going to be free agents this offseason? Could anyone link me to a site that has a list? I would greatly appreciate it! I don't know any indepth football sites that offer that much detail except Pro Football Reference, and even then they don't have that.
