Exercises, strength etc. I am pretty good, but I want to know what kind of stretching can make me more flexbile and better at it.

Sit ups &/or crunches are good for strengthening the abdomen & squats or cycling will build your calves. It worked for me in college..I was the champ then!!

Swiss ball and ab exercises.

I think the top limboer's are tall and have a nature flexbile body.
