im taking karate for a college course and im not able to figure out how to tie my karate belt. this is my first time putting this on and is my second time in the class and im brand new to the world of karate. If i wrap around me twice its to short if i wrap it around once its so long it hits the ground. the first person to tell me how to tie the belt correctly ill give 10 points to

Do you believe there is an NFL conspiracy?

Remember when the Patriots won after 9/11, the steelers getting all the pre game hype and officiating calls last year, the saints remarkably being good for once, peyton manning reaching the super bowl (I believe because the big corporotions he does commercials for paid for that) and also two black coaches at the same time when Obama is the first legit black president contender. should I go to my friend's Superbowl party?

I like watching the superbowl, but am not up on all the details of the players, plays, etc. In other words I am not a true sports fan, but I enjoy the commardierei of the football parties and the Superbowl commercials. HOw do I go to my friend's Superbowel without knowing the stats, players, etc. I often not part of football conversations, and feel left out, even when I try to read about the teams in the papers or online.they sense that I am trying to hard to fit in.

What teams do you think would want Michael Turner?

FYI, Turner is the Chargers' back-up RB who it is widely agreed has the talent to start on many of the teams in the NFL. He's a restricted free agent this year and it seems it would just be better to get something for him than the hassle/$$ it would take to keep him.

My choice scenario is that the Browns would rather take him than try the draft (most mocks I've read have them taking Adrian Peterson) and they have 3rd pick in the 1st round ---we get it, and we take Calvin Johnson (WR GT) --sub scenario being same but wtih 4th pick and Bucs didn't take CJ.

Hell, realistically I'd like any "much" higher pick so we could atleast snag Dwayne Jarrett

Who is the Tour de France rider who PURPOSELY finished last the most times?

My father emailed me an article in the Italian paper about a recently-deceased rider who PURPOSELY finished last in several Tours. He would stop, go for lunch, have a nap, hide in a ditch and then ride in in last place.

This was back in the early days of the Tour but I'm wondering if anyone knows his name. I think he was Italian.

My 14 yr. old son wants an airsoft gun (small one) to shoot in the backyard. I'm not sure what the laws are about this and need more info before purchasing it for him. We have a small back yard with neighbors, I was wondering if the guns are loud.

why do people get mad when you say "pro-wrestling isn't a sport"?

i'm not trying to start an argument here...
but the reason it's not a sport, is that it doesn't involve competition to deterimine the winner.

Now...i realize a lot of people love professional wrestling, and they might get touchy about people insulting it.

But saying that something isn't a sport shouldn't be taken as an insult.
It's more of an insult to Mr. Webster when people totally disregard the definitions of things.

So that's my question...if you've ever gotten mad because somebody said that pro-wrestling isn't a sport...why is that?

and yes...it does bother me that i'm about to post this in the Sports Section of Yahoo Answers. But, that's the section that most people will come to look for it for some reason.
I'd love to post it under Entertainment, but nobody will see it.

Is eating/ drinking raw egg harmful?

I have heard that downing half a dozen or so freshly cracked eggs is a cheap, protein-rich alternative to expensive supplements.

If so are they best freshly cracked or whisked/ blended up?

And what are the possible dangers? I have heard of Salmonella but am unsure as to what exactly it is...and is it still an issue these days?
