Religon is the cause of hatred pain and suffering worldwide. Suicide bombers in the middle east kill massive amounts of people in the name of Allah. Christians murder abortion doctors, and incite hatred toward sexual and racial minorities, and try to stiffle scientific progress by pushing creation myths on children. Hindus fight muslims. Religon is nothing but trouble. Shouldn't we demand its forced abolishion.

Why do Christians think their religion is the best??? Praise Jesus this, accept Christ in to your life, blah blah blah. At school, all the kids are always fricken saying, There religon is the best whoohoo!!! Im tired of this bullshitt! And why do they fricken wanna convert people. These Christian people came to my house and said, Christianity is the best religon, so wouild you like to accpet Jesus in your life? I cursed them off and slammed the door shut.

A friend of mine joined Scientology and went to work and live there several years ago. She was married there and had a child. She contacted me a few months ago and was very upset telling me that she was excommunicated from the church. Now the church will not allow her to see her child or her siblings who are also in the church. She told me that the workers have a completely different life than the patrons. She is just a shell of a person now -as if her soul was completely gone. She isn't the same person--- the trauma has affected her but I've known her for a very long time --- that--- isn't the same person. Anyone out there have similar experiences with Scientology?

You know,

The one where they set up a bullock or some kind of alter and the people praising the false God prayed for God to answer by fire, and their god didnt show up.Then the people of Christ prayed for God to answer by fire and He did answer.

Why cant we get all the major faiths together and do that test,make sure it's video taped,put it on Youtube and then broadcast it so that we can finally settle this dispute about who is God?

I believe it does and in fact I know it does . However there seems to be a difference of opinion with atheists . I asked a couple of questions yesterday that asked atheists if they were willing to forget their 'opinions' and pray for their parents or children if ever faced with the tragedy of a terrible car-wreck and their loved one had only a 10% chance of survival .
Since no atheist can Prove that there is no God I figured that some or even many of them would be willing to 'sacrifice their opinion' in the interest of possibly helping save a loved one . . . . . well , none of them were willing to do so . Most gave insults because 'my opinion' is that you cannot know True Love without making sacrifices . Period .

So What Do You Think ? Do You Believe True Love Requires Sacrifices ? - Please Add Whether You're An Atheist, Christian, Muslim, or Whatever Denomination .

Yes, they are very loud about it and everything...but don't you think they are just being used as puppets by the government? Let's think about this...what harm would gay marriage do to Christianity? Nothing. But, what harm would gay marriage do to the government? Well, nothing directly...but it would surely piss off the insurance companies...who just so happen to have tons of money and are huge lobbiest.

But isn't it a nice set up that when the topic of gay marriage comes up, everyone for it is talking about how religion is holding it back and religion keeps saying how immoral it is and harmful to society it would be. All the while, the insurance companies are smiling because all they have to do is say..."Well we would like to give benefits...but the law says we can't :("


So, do you think we are just all being fooled? Do you think it has been set up to have a win-win for governement and insurance companies?

at the Temple and I offered to go to Her services. Will I encounter any problems at Kindom Hall? Locked in a closet until I accept Jesus as the Messiah? Do you think I should not tell anyone at my Temple her religion, so she does not get bombarded with questions that would make her uncomfortable? Please help! I've read through the whole Bible. I did not find the word Ant-Christ once! Yes, in the book of revalations it speaks of "the beast", but never does the words ant-christ appear. Is this just a fabrication made by the Church? If you say its in the Bible you better give the verse or your answer will not be credible. Thanks

1st off i wanna say this im not catholic.. nor supporting non catholics or catholics...
the whole idea of catholicism is that its the one true church of God founded by Jesus Christ himself...that there is 1 true interpretation of the Bible...which is stated in the catholic doctrine... this is what is supposed to make catholicism the one true relgion.. that there is 1 right interpretation and 1 right church... so where do catholics that dont agree with alot of catholic doctrine or "have there own beleifs" come in...
to defy catholic doctrine and have your own interpretation of the bible is to defy the idea the catholicism is the 1 correct way...
sounds protestant to me?
what makes these "liberal catholics" any different from martin luther or any protestant for that matter? cuz they go physically to a catholic church? i thought a religion is based on beleifs not the physical church...

I am NOT Jehovah's Witness or any other religious sect, but am basically Baptist, yet, I have been finding it hard to find reason to celebrate Christmas when the Bible (as far as I can tell) does not specify for us to celebrate the birth of Christ by giving gifts. Am I wrong? Please, don't be a jerk in your response, I am just curious if there are passages that dictate Christians have to give gifts, etc. I know the three wise men did, but can you give me specifics?

it doesn't make any sense. i thought only our soul went to hell if we deny god. since when are our teeth part of our soul. our teeth get to go now too? which one's? all of them? what if you die and you wear dentures? can you take them out in hell so you don't have to gnash them? or does god give you a completely new set of teeth once you get to hell?
