I've read through the whole Bible. I did not find the word Ant-Christ once! Yes, in the book of revalations it speaks of "the beast", but never does the words ant-christ appear. Is this just a fabrication made by the Church? If you say its in the Bible you better give the verse or your answer will not be credible. Thanks

The word "antichrist" appears in only four verses and only in the books of 1 John and 2 John.

Also, when properly translated (as in KJV), it is never referred to as "the antichrist" (one certain person), but rather it refers to any who are against Christ and his teaching. (The word "the" is not in the original Greek.)

Finally, many antichrists have been in the world since the first century. The Bible does not look for "the Antichrist" who would come in the future. Rather we are warned to watch for all of the antichrists in each of our generations.

Notice 1 John 2:18, "Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time."

The other verses where the word "antichrist" appears are:
1 John 2:22
1 John 4:3
and 2 John 1:7

AntiChrist [ against or instead of Christ ]
The opponent of Christ, whom Christ is finally to conquer. The word occurs omly in the N.T. [ 1 John 2:18-22; 4 :3;
2 John 7], but the idea was present in Judaism and developed with the growth of the Messianic hope.
While only John uses the term, the doctrine is taught elsewhere. Jesus himself warned His apostles of " false Christ's'' [ Matthew 24:5;23, 24; Mark 13: 21-22. ]

The so-called anti Christ is not the name given to any one individual ,but is an energy which is the destructive aspect of God when the time comes to destroy and to prepare for the construction of a new age. This destructive energy was focused for example through Adolf Hitler and a group of profoundly wicked and very deeply evil men in Nazi Germany. This energy is now being sealed off to its own domain ,and that is to uphold the matter aspect of the planet until the time come when yet another war will break forth from the mental plane during the age of Capricorn some 2000 years from now ,and will be a war of ideas.

It depends on which bible you read. the new World Translation says

1 John 4:3 but every inspired expression that does not confess Jesus does not originate with God. Furthermore, this is the antichrist’s [inspired expression] which YOU have heard was coming, and now it is already in the world.

1John 2:18
Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that ANTICHRIST shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

1John 2:22
Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is ANTICHRIST, that denieth the Father and the Son.

1John 4:3
And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that [spirit] of ANTICHRIST, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

2John 1:7
For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an ANTICHRIST.

Christ is the end of the law: Romans 10:4
So ANTICHRIST is ANTI-the end of the law
Many shall come... to DECEIVE ... shall deceive Many
There are "MANY" x2 ANTICHRISTs to be aware of

Grace --> Mercy ---> Peace with you all. Amen.

You didn't pay attention when you read 1 John.

Children, it is the last hour, and as you have heard that antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists have come. Therefore we know that it is the last hour. 1 John 2:18
