OK, Anthropic prinicple states that life developed here because it could, otherwise we wouldn't be here to observe that we are in fact alive and evolved into the wonderful, sentient beings that we are. A degree either way could have had and would have had serious effects on life and our existence today.

How is that more logical and believable that God put us here (through creation, evolution, etc) for a reason and purpose? That conditions were put in place for humanity and other forms of life to thrive here on earth?

2 Samuel 24:1-25 tells the story of Kind David following Gods will to take a census of the Israelites, then God punishing him for following his command by sending a plague and killing 70,000 Israelites.

Why did God change his mind? and why take it out on the common folk?

Here is a great link that shows the literal story page by page.

Does the fire, or tribulation if you will, that comes on the Earth just before Jesus Christ's return have a two fold purpose?
Do you think that the great tribulation that takes place in the last day's is the same fire that purifies and prepares the Bride of Christ for his return?

In my previous question I was wondering what normal Christianity was like and what should we expect to be doing as Christians. Many good answers - Thanks.

Now, Jesus did some powerful things when he was here in the flesh and he said that we would do greater things. ie - look what the early believers were doing (Book of Acts).

Do you believe that the Church that is on the Earth just before his return is moving in the Love and Power of God more than the original established Church? In other words, Is God saving the best wine for last?

and my children and grandchildren only married white people... would my great great great grandkids be black?

People have claimed that the environment is the cause for skin variations. How many generations would it take, living in Africa and marrying only white people before my family line would turn black?

This is in relation to this question I posed earlier.....

Does anyone else think it's possible that God created Gay people to help with the population problem. And yes I know Gay people can still have children but it's alot less likely.

So I sat in the parking lot with a portable television barking at the football game! ?? ! It's good luck charm, and it's worked! We've won many games doing this!

They called the cops? Sick!!!!

I can't go to the games anymore. Girls eating in front of me, driving me to sinful thoughts. Men looking at me with come here eyes, and jeans too tight. I wear good pants.

Last time I went to a football game, I ended up waking up cuddled next to a man I didn't even know! It's sick!!!!

We didn't have television in Panama! Nestor said we didn't need one! Liar!

Volume 4, Book 52, Number 260: Narrated Ikrima: "...for the Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.' " http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/fundamentals/hadithsunnah/bukhari/052.sbt.html#004.052.260

Killing people is a serious matter. We want to be sure that we dont kill people who havent really left the religion of peace. So, how can we be sure?

Even if someone declares another religion, maybe in their heart, they really havent left the peaceful embrace of the war religion (Islam). In fact, when you think about it, everyone leaves their religion all the time because it is impossible to "believe" all the time.

For example, right now you reading. Your not "believing" or worshiping or anything...just reading. So if your Muslim, should you now kill yourself?

The response is "ohh, but I still believe" to which I respond "so what...you dont always believe and even someone smart enough not to believe in Islam might one day become dumb enough to.."

happened at the tower of Babel?

That is where God confused their languages, it says nothing about color coding them. Couldn't it be the colors already existed and God changed their languages in accordance with their "already existing" skin color.

Wouldn't it make more sense to believe that Adam and Eve were genetically perfect and contained the genetic coding for ALL races, which in time... became the different races of people? (as in light skinned persons married light skinned persons and dark skinned persons married dark skinned)

I am confused about why people associate the Tower of Babel with Color differences.
