I know!
The economist in me shudders every time I hear one of them talking about not buying presents or not throwing parties.
Do they know what would happen to our economy if Christmas became religious?!?

Do not fret Michelle. Christmas and Easter are for everyone, even non-believers. Christianity is in many cultures, and the culture of the place, influences its practice. Christmas is a time when families and friends gather together to reunite and share gifts, not just the material gifts, but all the gifts of heart and mind that God has given them. Easter is a more solemn time which is more Christ centered. The Easter bunny is very prolific and si a symbol of new life. Christ at the Resurrection brings us to a new life.

The people undermining the true meaning of Christmas are the Christians.
After all, it IS Pagan.
I personally believe we should move Christmas to January and call it, "YAY FOR PRESENTS DAY!"

i dont know what you mean by undermineing.
but i do know that most of the answers are right so far, and that is that christmas is all about presents, and nothing about god.
i do believe that it talks against christmas in the christians bible, but yet i dont know any christians that dont celebrate christmas.
as a matter of fact, i think most christians say christmas is the birth of christ.
HAHAHAHAHAHA LOL HAHAHAHAHA
isnt that funny!
"hello, im a christian but i know nothing about christianity... and im a christian but i dont do anything my religion tells me to do, and beyond that, i do everything it tells me not to do as well. """HOHOHO""
we (as a world) are heading towards "tribulation".

They are called fundies.
First they take all of the pagan holiday traditions and call them their own and now they whine about people trying to secularize their hijacked holiday.
This isn't the first time that they tried to kill the fun of Christmas, the Plymouth colony fundies actually banned all Christmas celebrations.

No one has been able to define the "true meaning of Christmas" so nothing is being undermined.
It is what it is.
