The overwhelming majority of people are telling me that my fiance and I are too different. It isn't just you guys--it's my friends in the "real world" too. I have spent months now adamantly arguing why I think we still should get married, despite our many differences.

Do you think there are specific issues we should feel the same way about, or is it different for everyone?

FYI, I love him VERY, VERY much.

more violent than that of Mohammed, Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, and Bin Laden? Doesn't the entire world suffer when a head of state swallows a religious cult by subverting it or making it law? Isn't the Deism of the American Revolution a subversion of Christianity as first performed by Constantine?

Sobering, apocalyptic talk from President Bush yesterday. During a press briefing at the White House, the President was asked about Vladimir Putin's visit with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in Tehran and the threat posed by this emerging Russian-Iranian nuclear alliance.
The President warned that World War III could break out if Iran gets nuclear weapons. As the President was speaking to reporters at the White House, I had the privilege of speaking to a group of military leaders at the Pentagon on what Putin's historic and unprecedented trip to Iran means, and how Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's eschatology is driving Iranian foreign policy. The event was off-the-record, meaning I'm not at liberty to share who was in the meeting or any of the specific details. But I can tell you that I gave a condensed version of the same information I've been speaking about publicly in recent weeks. I will be speaking on the same topic on Capitol Hill today with a group of Congressmen..Thoughts?

All Christians are not all uptight and weird. I am a Christian and a Chatholic(yes I know some people will think that is horrible and I probably am stuck-up). I am a simple person that goes to work part time, goes to college, and goes to church on sundays and prays. I know many people like me and I am from North Dakota. There is many from small towns that are the same as me that do every day stuff and love God and America! We are not the enemy, so don't make us that!!! Please respect the people that love God and just want to live their lives in peace. We let you do the same.

This is going to seem like an inconsequential question, and in the grand scheme of things i suppos it is.

Was he a good carpenter? Did he like it?

I only ask this because many of the old Daoist masters and Buddhist sages did hold down other types of jobs on the side. At times, what they did exemplified the manner in which they taught.

And you can tell a lot about a person from the way they approach their work.

THE Federal Government believes wearing Islamic scarves should be banned at Australian airports, senior government sources have revealed.

Under the radical security proposal, even the most inoffensive Muslim scarf, the hijab, which covers a woman's hair and neck, would be banned, along with several other types.

Security officials are especially concerned by two other very concealing types of scarf, the niqab and the burka.

Former British cabinet minister Jack Straw sparked controversy some time ago when he said it was best that Muslim women did not cover their faces when they met him.

And France banned Islamic headscarves at schools in 2004, a move that also deeply offended Muslims.

The scarf policy is under active consideration in Immigration Minister Kevin Andrews' office, which is consulting with airport security officials over the policy.

It comes after the Government moved to restrict immigration from Sudan.

Define each first and differentiate? Are Atheists likened to an ostrich burying their heads in the sand despite hard evidence on the truth of a deity? And are Free-thinkers really as such and are open minded and ready to accept truths when evidence reveals itself whether spiritually or materially?

Be serious. It's a philosophical and religious question. Be introspective...and civilized here, please.

Let's asume you would have been born in iraq and you were the son/daughter of one of those guys planning bomb attacks. For all your life you would have ben taught that what they do is the right thing, that god likes it, and whatever else they are teaching them. Do you think you would have realised it is wrong and tried to run away and start a new life elsewhere, or would you have done the same things your parents would be doing?

This is not ment to be offensive for any iraqian people, I'm just trying to prove how important the way you were taught since childhood is
