Or do you think that by saying he was the son of God he was showing us that he was like every other human because we all are the sons and daughters of God. Do you really believe that Jesus thought he was above the rest of us?

Read this and tell me if you are blessed and did not realize it.

Sometimes we find that God has blessed us with what everyone else is looking for and dreaming of. What do you think of this?

An American businessman, who was visiting the Philippines, was standing on the beach of a small country village about mid morning when a small “Pam” boat with just a father and 2 sons came in from fishing. Inside the nets of the small boat were several pounds of fresh fish.

The American complimented the Filipino on the quality of his fish and asked how long it took to catch them. The Filipino replied only a little while. The American then asked why he didn't stay out longer and catch more fish.

The Filipino said he had enough to support his family's immediate needs. The American then asked, but what do you do with the rest of your time?

The Filipino fisherman said, "I sleep late, fish a little, play with my children, take a nap, with my wife Maria we stroll into the village each evening where I sip Jazz (local cola) and play guitar with my friends and everyday we spend time with our Lord Jesus. I have a full and busy life, my friend.

The American scoffed, "I am a Harvard MBA and could help you. You should spend more time fishing and with the proceeds buy a bigger boat, with the proceeds from the bigger boat you could buy several boats, eventually you would have a fleet of fishing boats.

Instead of selling your catch to a middleman you would sell directly to the processor, eventually opening your own cannery. You would control the product, processing and distribution.

You would need to leave this small barangay and move to Cebu City, then Manila and eventually Los Angeles, California where you will run your expanding enterprise."

The Filipino fisherman asked, "But my friend, how long will this all take?" To which the American replied, "15-20 years."

"Then what would I do?” the fisherman asked.

The American laughed and said that's the best part. "When the time is right you would sell your company stock to the public ad become very rich, you would make millions."

"Millions my friend: then what?"

The American said, "Then you would retire. Move back here to the Philippines, to a small coastal barangay where you would sleep late, fish a little, spend time with God, play with your grand children, take a nap, stroll to the village in the evenings with your wife where you could sip Jazz and play your guitar with your friends."

The Filipino fisherman smiled as he turned and walked away toward a nice big, shade tree.

or anyone else can intercede for them in prayer when the Bible is clear, There is only one who can intercede for us, Jesus Christ, as he is the only one who has the authority and prayers offered through anyone else will not be heard by the Lord??
Jesus Himself said that he is the only way and that no one goes to the father except by Him. He also warned against vain babbling and repetition when we pray as we are not to be as the heathen but rather we are to pray from the heart

Let's say that America had a special religion tax in place. So every religious person had to pay this tax which is monitored by the government, and the more religious you are the higher tax you pay.

So you would pay a certain percentage becasue you are a religious follower, but the pastor would pay about 20 times more than you because he acts as a direct representative of the relgion.

This obviously would be set up as a pyramid scheme, but thats how religion is anyway. Would you still be apart of that religion even though you would have to spend money?

is scary? Why do atheists fear Christians who teach their children their religion? Even if they are young, they need to be taught that they have been born with original sin heavy on their souls, and that they are vulnerable to demons. Why do you criticize us for trying to save our children's souls?

I mean, you have no God or anything greater than yourself or anyone else in your life, you believe your soul and spirit will die along with your body when you go. What does that leave you to live for? Material goods? Spite? Malice? The sheer audacity of not dying yet, while living in total rejection of a path to certain everlasting life and peace in God? What keeps you going? In the abscence of everything, what dose that leave you to sustain yourself with, answer me that!

Why is the jesus myth a 'photocopy' of ancient Egyptian mythology and the Horus story?

Surely who ever it was that wrote the bible... could have come up with a more original story than the Egyptian story from 3500BC...

Surely the authors of the bible would have known that their plagiarism would eventually get spotted damaging the credability of their self procalimed holy book?

Thanks for any enlightening answers :-)
