I go straight to the food! Forget the cholais, dhai barai, samosas! Bring on the biryani! lol
Yeah, for Sehri - Cereal + a date + milk + 2 glass of water + banana perhaps + and if I am extra hungry maybe half of roti with something else
Iftar- I just go straight to the food because I usually go out at night for prayers, so its difficult for me to eat the extra stuff my mom makes.

Sehri: Porridge, Scrambled egg sandwich & too a lot water. on occasion Wheatabix. Iftaar: We ruin quickly with freshly squeezed Lemon juice, & on occasion Dates... Then I on occasion order a pizza, or we consume classic Bangladeshi foodstuff or maybe eastern foodstuff. We test with distinctive cultural ingredients...

Dates, rice, chicken, veggies, tortillas to make burritos (chicken, beef or egg). Usually the masjid has rice and chicken or rice and lamb along with some kind of simple salad. I was born in the US and decedent of Pakistan.

btw we dont have any specified meals for iftar or sehr.
Fruits : Usually this is what people prefer during Iftar.
Sehr : whatever you like or have for sehr, & yeah obviously it should be halal food.
