I go straight to the food! Forget the cholais, dhai barai, samosas! Bring on the biryani! lol

Yeah, for Sehri - Cereal + a date + milk + 2 glass of water + banana perhaps + and if I am extra hungry maybe half of roti with something else

Iftar- I just go straight to the food because I usually go out at night for prayers, so its difficult for me to eat the extra stuff my mom makes.

I am a Canadian- Pakistani

Wa salaam, enjoy your Ramadan

Dates, rice, chicken, veggies, tortillas to make burritos (chicken, beef or egg). Usually the masjid has rice and chicken or rice and lamb along with some kind of simple salad. I was born in the US and decedent of Pakistan.

Fruits : Usually this is what people prefer during Iftar.

Sehr : whatever you like or have for sehr, & yeah obviously it should be halal food.
