According to Islam, Adam (peace be upon him) was 60 cubits in height... I believe that is approx. the height of the Kaba.
This hadeeth was narrated by Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) who said:
“Allaah created Adam and he was sixty cubits tall. Then He said, ‘Go and greet those angels and listen to how they greet you, for that will be your greeting and the greeting of your progeny.’ He said, ‘Al-salaamu ‘alaykum (Peace be upon you).’ They said, ‘Al-salaamu ‘alaykum wa rahmat-Allaah (Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allaah).’ So they added the words ‘wa rahmat Allaah.’ And everyone who enters Paradise will be in the form of Adam. People kept on growing smaller until now.”
Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 3336; Muslim, 7092
According to a version narrated by Muslim: “Everyone who enters Paradise will be in the form of Adam who was sixty cubits tall. People kept growing smaller until now.”

First where does Islaam say adam was 3 to 4 times the size of humans today.
And how does it matter to you anyways,
you are not asked to stitch his underpants or make shoes for him.
Look into the bible. Luke 14:12:2 to 9
Adam was 30 fathoms tall and he stood in the occeans caught fish with his feet and fried them by holding them close to the sun.
Or the Old testament
and thence did he stand tall above the banyan tree and looked down upon it with disdain.

well if adam was 90 feet tall that would make him over 10 times taller than man now and our earliest ancestor from around 1 milllion years ago was around 4 and a half feet tall
adam is myth pure and simple
and i know what your refering to the nephilim came after adam and eve
some christian told me all the pagan gods were nephilim
funny if the nephilim were real why havent we found any remains of these things?

Men weren't that big during the time
of Noah, unless they were hybrids.
When Adam was cast out of the Garden,
do you realize how much food it would
have taken to feed a man of that size?
They would have spent ALL DAY just
trying to find food, and eating.
There is no confusion, Hybrids could be bully's, and alittle mean.

The '3 or 4 times the size' does not need to be taken litteraly, it may mean that the quality of man at that point was much higher, or his health was superior. The arabic word for size is 'Kabeer', which also can denote wisdom, age, or intelligence.
