I always see in some of your resposes some quotes that god knows where you brought it from and you claim that the are from the Quran.
I just would like to ask have you ever read these quotes from the Quran?

[Quran 7:28] They commit a gross sin, then say, "We found our parents doing this, and GOD has commanded us to do it." Say, "GOD never advocates sin. Are you saying about GOD what you do not know?"
[Quran 49:13]"O people, we created you from the same male and female, and rendered you distinct peoples and tribes, that you may recognize one another. The best among you in the sight of GOD is the most righteous. GOD is Omniscient, Cognizant. "
[Quran 5:87] ... and do not aggress; GOD dislikes the aggressors.
[Quran: 7:199] ......You shall resort to pardon, advocate tolerance, and disregard the ignorant.
[Quran 6:151] "...... You shall not kill - GOD has made life sacred - except in the course of justice. These are His commandments to you, that you may understand."

I'm an atheist too, and I think she's pretty HAWT. Would it be immoral/unethical if I tried to seduce her? Would it be immoral/unethical if I succeeded and we have a passionate affair? What if it didn't affect the outcome of my grade?

Any thoughts...suggestions...

Question Details: As a Christian how do you feel about this? It's fantastic that majority of the hostages were released.
In exchange, S. Korea has to removed their troops and prevent christian missionary work in Afghanistan.

Why are many Christians-- especially the older females-- so quick to pass judgment.
I'm also a Christian, but I'm disgusted by the holy-than-thou attitude that many of my church mates have. They think that because they go to church 12 days a week and wear long skirts they are automatically saved, and can therefore sneer at the rest of us. They seem to forget that making mistakes is human, and none of us is in the position to call down judgment on another. I have become disillusioned with the church because of what I've experienced.
And before you come with the race issue, the females in question are from various races. Most are over 35.

Does watching demon related things make you more suseptable to posession? When can posession occur? Who do demons target? I would say i am pretty strong in my christian faith. I love god and jesus very much and im so scared that i am going to be possesed at one time or another in my life. I was watching this show ... a haunting doc on demon posession on the discovery channel. I was watching this out of curiosity but also to learn th steps to prevent myself from ever being posessed and to strengthen my faith. By watching this am i making myself vulnerable to demon attack?

I really miss "Parrakeets 4 Jesus". Parrakeets was always a true example of Christian love and charity, and her sweet presence was always welcome. Everyone knows I'm an Atheist, but the sincerity of Parrakeets demonstrated to me the advantages of a Christian life. Parrakeets always put God first; as she said, she is indeed "filled with Christ's love".

Parrakeets, if you are out there, know that your testimony has touched my heart. You make me understand what it truly means to be a Christian; I'm thankful for the faith that brought you to R&S, and into my life, however briefly.

Has anyone heard from Parrakeets? Those who share her Christian belief, please say a prayer that she kept safe and well, wherever she may be, and that she knows how much she has touched the lives of so many of us on this forum.

Parrakeets, I miss you.
~Jack

I need some prayer. I am a 25 yr old guy, and I'm single. But what I desperately need prayer for right now, is the fact that I am in need of a girlfriend. I find myself having shitty days, & being single I need a woman to just give me a hug @ the end of the day, you know, to ask me how it went, & I can do the same for her. Give her a back-rub, & she can return the favor, etc. I have 3 good friends, one is Lance, my buddy, and the second's my ex (we'll never get back together, I'm moving forward with my life), & the third friend is my married friend Joy. I just feel like I need a woman outside my circle. But could someone add me to their prayer-list? My name is Chris, by the way, & pray I'll meet an attractive, intelligent, artistic, funny woman who will be my equal & will love me unconditionally, who will want to date me and have a deep desire to get to know me. Thank you so much, guys!

Because Big Bang and Creationism don't really explain the same thing, do they?

My understanding of the Big Bang is that the entire universe came from a very small area of very dense matter which blew up to form the universe that exists now. So it seems to me that Big Bang explains how things became the way they are, but not how something came into being from nothing.

But, I feel like the entire point of Creationism is to explain that there is anything at all here, whether 'anything' is a tiny piece of matter or an entire universe. So they're not really explaining the same thing, are they?

Anyone who supports either side is welcome to respond, I just want other viewpoints about it, because I don't get why these are two sides of the same debate.
