I'm sorry if I offended any on here..That was not what I wanted to do..I wanted people just to see how focused others are on other peoples faults and many don't even think nothing is wrong with themselfs..I try everyday never to point a finger because I know I make more than my share of faults..I am human just as we all are..

Beautiful Little Warrior,
It is difficult for many people to even realize that they are doing so. I attempt to fight the urge to look at other's faults and correct trhe ones that I have each and every day. I pray that I will be able to do so always. Have a wonderful day and a glorious weekend.
Thank YOU,
Eds

EDIT:
It has been wisely said that when we point a finger at someone there are three pointed at us. I have also heard that we are given one mouth and two ears. We should be listening twice as much as we talk. These help us to control the nasty habit of spreading rumors and looking at other's faults!

Good point - there are many here who do.

Me, in a sense of I've been guilty of this lately, I've been picking apart all of the faults of Scientology - reading about it - not so much to find fault in other human individuals who are scientologists, but because when I first started seeing what it really is all about I am freaking amazed (in a weird way - not a good way).

The ole' "Log in the eye" script. It is much easier for some to see the faults in others than to see their own because it is scary for them to do so. Only, the faults that they can see in others are only recognizeable because they themselves have the faults... and actually believe there is such a thing as sin.

When I was a child , I was always blamed for stuff , that I didn't do and growing up I noticed that I had a real hard time admitting my mistakes. But when I came to Jesus (=The Light ) He opened my eyes and allowed me to see myself. Now I work on myself and when I see things wrong in others , I only point it out when God tells me to do it. I want God to change me to be an example to others. I also noticed, that when you encourage others when they are doing good things, then they are more willing to change, even when they are wrong .

Yes, we need to stop looking at the faults of others. I pray God open my eyes to what He wants me to see and then confess any sin and repent of it. Yes, I shall do the same and pray for others here.

Many out there forget to look at themselves first.
They also forget that those they meet and see are a mirror to parts of themselves that they do not see or do not wish to see. And personally, a fault is only one if you see it that way. They are a means to an end, a way to learn and grow.

I don't see how that means that they are not seeking out "God" in whatever form they view "God".

Looking (and concentrating on 'correcting' self) may be closer to the spiritual truth than many souls want to deal with presently here.

I take plenty of time to re-evaluate myself often. Its important spiritualy even if I dont follow any particular religion. I am at peace with myself with out having to find a god to back me up. If you feel the need to pray for me hun, feel free and I apreciate the offer but please be respectful of thoes who have different belief systems than yourself and dont try to force your religion down anyones throats. Pushy people are harder to swallow than believing in a god. :)

I am perfectly aware of my faults :) In fact, I embrace them. It's who I am and I am comfortable with them, and with me.

I am lazy, forgetful, I procrastinate, I am a perfectionist... the list could go on.

The reason I do not seek god is because there is no god, neither your version of god nor any other.

That would be a great question for the Republican Party. They appear to be self-righteous, until they find themselves in a scandal, then they try to control the damage, and try to roll out the passionate conservative B.S., but it really does not take any light to see through them.
