Good means they do the basic requirements of their religion. I want better- a man that is totally committed to serving God and is also earth-minded enough to know how to deal wisely and peacefully with anyone regardless of their beliefs.

I don't want a good christian or muslim man. The bible says none are good. I want a Godly, God fearing man. : D

A righteous man who believes in God and judgment day as well as lead a righteous life.
It is important to me that the "good" man must not hurt anybody whatever the reason is.

According to the Bible, a good Christian man should love his wife as much as Christ loves the church (and Christ was willing to die for his love!). It also states that a man should love and treat his wife as he would his own body. So obviously that rules out wife beatings as advocated in the Muslim Quaran (sp?) where it says to beat a disobedient wife and send her to a bed apart. Love is defined in the Bible, too as unselfish, not rude, persevering, and faithful. So a good Christian man is someone who loves others, is polite, unselfish, faithful, and also obedient to God.

A good Christian man is the one who have a strong relationship with God , and never lusts after women.
A good Muslim man is the one who loves Christians.

Loves and honors their wife. Provides for their family. Doesn't lift their hand out of anger. Good example for their children. Loves God. Walks their talk.

A christian man?
a man that lives for God and not of this world. most importantly...not scared to show his love for God.
i would assume the same for a Muslim man.....but to Allah.

a good muslim man is someone who practises his religion in every aspect of his life (work family relationships chiuldren,home evrything)
and encourages his partner to be along side him in practising this form of life

to me a "good Christian man" is a man who will do his best to obey God's laws, keep a steady walk with God, and put God before everyone and everything- even his Christian wife
(personally i think she should be second though lol)
