And if you say yes to this-- do you believe we are also saved by His wonderful grace? (Ephesians 2:8)

Answer: the one you believe in.

The thing is, many religions claim miracles..Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, etc.. then which one is the real one? Well, I don't believe there is a true religion because none of us know for sure and will never know or will be able to comprehend the whole 'truth' of life. Some people are closer than others though. .. I believe we are evolving all the time, physically and spiritually. I do think there's a higher power behind this evolution. What's everyone's opinion on this? And if you believe in something, provide a GOOD PROOF or reason why you believe it. Don't just say "A book says that" or... "everyone is doing it" or ... "it just is".

Have you come to the assumption that God does not exist beceause "there is a lack of evidence"? Or have you really searched out the evidence that is there (because it is there) and logically refuted the evidence. Any person who argues intellectually understands why their opposition believes what they believe and can then refute their arguments. Can you do this? Or do you just simply say "there is no evidence"? Which is utterly wrong and ignorant, especially when talking about christianity and the validity of the Bible. I would present the evidence for you, but I would like to see how many atheists have taken it on themselves to find out why christianity and Intelligent Design is a very well supported belief system. And yes, as a christain I believe i could do this for atheism. I know there are brilliant atheists who can do this, I would like to hear from you. I understand this may call for lengthy answer. I believe in evolution, so don't try to use it in refuting christianity.

I'm not being sarcastic either. For anyone to believe that this split second of eternity we call life is all there is, is really limiting. To believe that we are more than this snapshot sets us free.Atheists will say they are free from religious oppression though and completely miss the point just because they are too arrogant to accept simple reason.Simple reason is that you do not have to belong to any religion in order to admit to yourself that you as an ego personality you are not very important in the scheme of things. That there is so much MORE.

Why is "believing is seeing" a better approach to life than "seeing is believing"?

Can faith be proven valuable than reason? If so, is reason required to do so or do you have to rely on faith to prove the value of faith?

i was just thinking about my life and i realized i've never sinned... ever. not once. so now i'm wondering. does this mean i still have to accept jesus as my savior since i've already lived a perfect life and thus do not need salvation since my soul is pure? also if i were to be killed tomorrow could people around the world accept me as their savior, and i could take on the burden of their sins so that they can get into heaven. i think it would be good for god, seeing as how he would get all those extra souls of people who don't want to accept jesus as their savior. and since it's much easier to prove my existence than jesus's i'd say those doubters won't have so many questions as to whether or not i do actually exist.

Two weeks ago a person I consider to be a gifted psychic gave me a reading and she told me about my death. She gave me a very detailed description. I don't believe in going to one psychic and getting a reading; rather a couple, say two or three, for a confirmation. Are there any gifted psychics reading this question who is willing to give me a free reading on the topic (my death), so that I may please have a confirmation. If you don't see anything, please don't answer this question or e-mail me.

Anyone else reading this question, please refrain from posting sarcastic comments, pretending to be psychic and so forth. If you have nothing to say that can help me, rather say nothing at all. Thank you very much.

I presume I don't have to give any details about myself, as a true psychic would probably know things about me without me having to tell. If you do on the other hand need info about me (something that may help), please ask. I would really appreciate any help on the topic.

As he neared Damascus on his journey, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him. - Acts 9:3

For Moses, it was the burning bush.
For Peter, it was walking on water.
For Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, it was walking through the burning furnace untouched.
For Paul, it was being blinded and spoken to by Jesus on the Damascus road.
For Daniel, deliverance from the lions' den.
For Joshua, parting the Jordan River and crossing into the Promised Land.

There have been many defining moments in the lives of human beings that changed their lives forever. These defining moments often set the course for the balance of their lives.
We could go on and on. Each of these servants had years of preparation leading up to their defining moment. These moments forced the servants to be involved in something beyond their human experiences. It took them outside their own paradigms of life. God had to move them outside their own boxes. And when He did, their lives were never the same.

Scripture portrays the 144,000 as God's special end time church. According to Rev 7 they are able "to stand" when Jesus returns. They are called "first fruits" which indicates that a larger harvest will be gathered and that they are not the only ones to be saved..
The book of Acts amply details the historical fact that, according to Jesus' plan, Jews were the first to receive salvation. The conversion of Gentiles came later, beginning with Cornelius. Chapter 7 of Revelation http://www.crosswalk.com/1440928/

You neither heard, nor saw, nor smelt, nor felt, nor tasted the wind; but logically, because you could see its effect on the tree u made an assumption it must;ve been windy.

Is it possible to have no tangible evidence of something but because of its manifestations u can deduce it is there?
