skinny dipping isnt exactly what I do to stay young but more what I do as an adult (wink) but I never felt younger than the time when me and my ex went to Disney and the Magic Kingdom. Oh my! I felt 7 again. I was skipping and glowing. I thought I was a princess. Now, even just talking with my 16 year old neice, in her language, about teenage things-being the cool aunt that I am, makes me feel young at times....Then there are the times of skippy through a field on a sunny. Or making a snow angel. Just ploping down in the snow and flapping my arms and legs. Sometimes you just have to do it!

dancing, acting totally silly, pretending I am a Caribbean queen while folding the brightly colored towels and flinging them in the air, driving with the sunroof open while singing in Spanish at the top of my lungs and not understanding 90% of the words, watching Sponge Bob with my son, exercising and showing off my miniscule muscles, trying new things without thinking that I can't do them,

so many things. and it works to make me look younger than I am, which is a delightlful fringe benefit

Pixie sticks and Vintage videogames.... Phantasy Star...lol. And the complete Jonny Quest on DVD. We watched it in reruns on Sunday Mornings, and, frankly, I'm probably a scientist because of it.

I look into my soul mates eyes. In there I am always 19. And in mine he is always 20. We keep each other young.
