God has spoken to me, before this happened I had a doubt about it, and even when it did happen to me the first time I was in doubt. Currently my husband and I are separated and I have been praying for almost four months straight trying to figure out a solution to the problem. Then on a Sunday after my son's birthday party and the day before my 7th anniversary I said my prayers and just cried and cried for about half an hour wondering why this was happening to me, and then at about 2 or 3 in the morning I heard someone say to me, "its going to be okay" I thought that maybe I was dreaming so I went back to bed then later that morning I was chatting to my mom online and she was speaking to one of her customers from her job over the phone and he has been praying for me and he told her that he had received a message saying that everything is going to be ok. Just on Sunday I was feeling down again and I was lying on my bed and it was really quiet and I heard someone say to me give Him time. Then two days later my mom spoke to her customer again and he told her to tell me that I need to give God time that he is going to resolve my problem but that I need to be patient. So I do believe that God speaks to us directly, through others, and through the Bible.

I know for a fact He still speaks to us, that He is real He is alive He always was, is and will be. One day driving with my husband not thinking not praying {i didn't pray then} about anything in particular just looking at the landscapes of other people's
houses, i heard Him speak " I AM waiting for you" it was the sweetest softest kindess most beautiful voice i have ever heard and i knew
that i knew that i knew it was Jesus, our Saviour Lord and God, God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob.
i wasn't high, stoned, drunk, insane, asleep,dreaming , delusional, psychotic, or whatever any unbeliever might say to dismiss the truth.
He is the Way, the Truth and the Life
it is a truth i would die for {not kill for!}

We are not insane! God does speak to people. He has spoken to me several times in prophesy. it usually happens during prayer. You need to have the gift of prophesy in order to have him speak to you directly I don't but when he has spoken to me it has been through another person. You usually feel his presence and you break down and it's more of a feeling but when he talks to you he answers your prayers or needs to tell you something or comforts you in someway.

it means that they are insane or God really did speak to them (most of the time they are insane)

God speaks to us through his word the Bible, read it daily and He will speak to you.
