As he neared Damascus on his journey, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him. - Acts 9:3
For Moses, it was the burning bush.
For Peter, it was walking on water.
For Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, it was walking through the burning furnace untouched.
For Paul, it was being blinded and spoken to by Jesus on the Damascus road.
For Daniel, deliverance from the lions' den.
For Joshua, parting the Jordan River and crossing into the Promised Land.
There have been many defining moments in the lives of human beings that changed their lives forever. These defining moments often set the course for the balance of their lives.
We could go on and on. Each of these servants had years of preparation leading up to their defining moment. These moments forced the servants to be involved in something beyond their human experiences. It took them outside their own paradigms of life. God had to move them outside their own boxes. And when He did, their lives were never the same.

You may be in one of three stages of life: 1. You may not have had your "defining moment" yet-God may be preparing you with many important life experiences. 2. You may have had your defining moment and you are living out your call. 3. You may be toward the end of your journey and you have already experienced what I speak of.
The secret of a great life is often a man's ability to discern the defining moments given to him, understanding them, and learning to walk in the path that leads him to his ultimate destination.
Once you have had a defining moment, you are never the same. Pray that you have eyes to see and ears to hear when your Master brings a defining moment into your life.

Military= Mi li+ Lary
i take this as proof that God the LiT is a Military invention, that not a Real live human being as God but some hypnotic type effect used by the Military to keep people in line. God as a Real God with a living breathing arm and legs would have to Be God The one in the Light. IF Man=IVI lari(sealed together) then God created that Man sealed together like IVI (ie IIII I). Find the Man called lari by the italians and find out He Himeself created the IVI Iari, thus could be the reason it's said God Created Man. The wholke Jehovah creating Man out of clay is Israelite propaganda, and every bit as viscious as other nations propaganda campaigns. So with Me as God you can literally belive God created Man with no magic, just a play on words.
see My blog for 25 other points that point to Me as God.
Adam saw God in the form of the times new roman font LORD. Meaning the lari is/was also called TODD.

Aren't you defining their moment. I mean all these people had many moments. The wonderful thing about a personal relationship with God is that our testimony is constantly being updated. We aren't simply defined in a moment but constantly growing in a moving dynamic relationship with God. You've got an interesting charismatic idea but I just don't think it is grounded in the Word of God.

believe it or not, there are people that holds this factor in secrecy who calls thereselves as the masons. they gained enough knowledge that there are levels of people and to have this experience is how you enter to this secret word. its is done with a handshake which they proclaim to be in a certain way, but it is not. But you must know the answer to their question. It is your experience when you saw "the light turned on". it is when everything in your head that you wondered about lifetime after lifetime suddenly makes sense. It is truely overwhelming. We are all just really striving for a higher conciousness in this universe. until you get it right.

My defining moment happened over 30 years ago when I was about 12. There was a neighbor girl who was my age and we were friends since we were toddlers. One evening when it had just turned dark I went over to her place as I often did by crossing into her back yard from mine. As I walked up to the patio doors at the back of her bedroom I saw that she was changing clothes and was completely naked. Although I knew in technical terms that she was going through changes, it was not the same thing as seeing first hand. I had to return to my house without knocking on the glass door because I had become suddenly and very obviously aroused.
It forever changed the way I thought of her and of girls in general.

Thank you for sharing that, that is so important! And what an awesome testimony that the Lord shows even those in the Bible had with Him-- as we have many awesome experiences with God as well. I know of many people who have had these defining moments in their lives- I too have had one! And yes, it is amazing when we know IT IS GOD- and nothing else. But His Holy Spirit revealing Himself to us, and drawing us in with His wonderful grace~

i am not sure if this is it, but I believe it may have been when i had my daughter. this was so eye opening that i stopped hanging out so much and I began to be a mommy, and staying at home, I only hung out if my child was taken care of with no question. ( grandma, mom) but yep, i think that's it, i knew I would be a great mom!!!!

My defining moment came in the form of a Revelation and a "vision" as to things which must shortly come to pass.
