Sound to me like the questions you are trying to view are people who have blocked you from answering their questions.

You can look at the answers without signing in, and they should appear. With a bit of work you should at least see what they are asking about, but won't be able to sign-in and answer.

I can read your question just fine ... but I've never been 'barred' from answering any question ... and I wonder 'why' they seem to have 'sentenced you' to that ... was it the questioner or something Yahoo did for some reason? Are your answers 'rude' or 'foul language used' too much or WHAT? I'm definitely 'interested. Please 'keep us posted' or put me on your 'contact list' so I can send you my 'email address' ...

If I say yes then you might block me and I would never be able to look at your questions again! :-(
However if I say no then you will know that I'm not telling the truth and you might decide to block me for lying to you!!

Yes I can. It means you don't have me blocked.
If you are clicking on questions and getting that, then it means the person asking it has you blocked.

I see it, but only if I am wearing my special "this time" continuum hat...if I take it off, the words simply go away.
