Even before the DaVinci code was released, there was speculation among some historians that there is a possibility that Christ had children. What are your thoughts about this? And if he did have direct decendants, and we were able to find out who they were, what kind of impact do you think it would have on them, and the world in general?

Christians, please pray and send support for the missionaries that are working so hard over there to end this madness!

Luke 6:28 “Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which
despitefully use you. “

When Jesus tells us to bless those that curse us, he is not talking about being a wimp and allowing people to run all over us. He is telling us to not take vengeance upon them, but to pray for them. You see, there always something behind people's actions. There is always an issue or a circumstance surrounding a person's negative actions. People are genuinely
good and love to be happy. That's the way God made us. But the cares of this life or issues of this life come to squeeze out happiness and joy and cause people to react to the pain they have experienced.
Always look past people's actions!
This is what Jesus is saying.<><

I have seen some houses that give me an eerie feeling, as if some evil lurks in there. Just the look of it, (the way the windows are situated) makes me feel afraid to go by it, so I run past it. Have you ever felt that way?

That, or some inherent fear of death are the only reasons I can think of as to why anyone would follow such absurd stories in the 21st century.

A few years ago, I got saved, and thank heaven!

But since I started questioning some things in the religion, I have learned LOTS about Christians.

- they love their religion, not people.

- if you don't worship like they worship, you need "healing"

- they hate discussing the truth, they like to turn a blind eye to the true origins of the Christian religion.

- they ALL say "I'm not religious" but they almost all are.

- they are lazy. Keeping the Bible will requre some EFFORT, so they say "Paul told us not to worry about anything".

Are Unitarians treated better by Christians, than Mormons, even though they don't believe in the Trinity, but believe that Jesus was a prophet of God.

So, are Unitarians considered Christians by the Christian community?

I think, and I may be wrong, that it is , in a religious sense, not having the capability to feel what other humans feel (lack of empathy ).

my favorite

Psalm 50
A psalm of Asaph.
1 The Mighty One, God, the LORD,
speaks and summons the earth
from the rising of the sun to the place where it sets.

2 From Zion, perfect in beauty,
God shines forth.

3 Our God comes and will not be silent;
a fire devours before him,
and around him a tempest rages.

4 He summons the heavens above,
and the earth, that he may judge his people:

5 "Gather to me my consecrated ones,
who made a covenant with me by sacrifice."

6 And the heavens proclaim his righteousness,
for God himself is judge.

The Church as we know it today, was started by Gentiles who threw off righteousness to maintain an identity as Hellenists and pagans. In the days of Paul, the followers of Mashiyach met in synagogues, celebrated the Shabbat and learned the Way of the Torah Mashiyach. It 190 C.E. Marcion built the first "church" and he birthed the theologies of the "Old and New Testament", Dispensationalism and Replacement Theology became a Christian value as it remains to this day.

Today the Christian church at large has adopted the pagan festivals Christmas, Easter and Sunday which where introduced into Christianity many years after Paul, yet Paul is credited for bringing this paganism into "the church"? NO, the fact of the matter is that the Gentile "Church Fathers", like Tertullian and Marcion are responsible for the Hellenism, not Paul.

He is not the "founder" of your falling on the floor Pagan worship "Church"

Worship Pagan Rome, its true founder.

and blaspheme. Honestly, when your life starts to fall apart don't be too shocked. God is so loving that He doesn't wipe you out here and now. He always waits for you to turn around and believe.

I don't know why you come to this site anyway as it is the religion site and you obviously hate religion.

...that are new accounts. I know a few people lost accounts recently, and I know most of you, and I am not addressing this to old friends.I posted a question recently that I thought a polite thing to do was to introduce yourself by email, rather than coming in without an invitation. I have always asked, but I realize that is not the norm. I am saying if you are an old friend and are deleted, please contact me, and we will reconnect. My contacts are diversified, and that is the way I want it. If you have a problem sharing a forum with all types of belief systems, kindly remove yourself. Mind you, I am who I am, but I do believe this is a place to learn, and maybe even pass on a little to someone else.

Shouldn't the Christian community do a greater work in supporting the rights and provision of Palestinian Christians, and other Arab Christians than helping Israeli Jews who reject Jesus as the Messiah?

I don't follow much about Israeli laws and such but it seems like they follow a form of apartheid or caste system by treating Jews with darker skin lower than those of European descent. Don't they also issue racist ID cards to Arabs?

Help answer my question Christians.
