I asked how many out of 10. Your answer has to be a number. Get it? Anything else was unsolicited opinion.

One. Most Americans think they are Christian because that is the dominant religion in their country. Very few are actually saved, and indwelt by the Holy Spirit. I read an article that surveyed people, and only 13% of Americans think of the Bible as a book you can get morals from. If a person thinks they are a Christian, but does not follow the Biblical moral code to the best of their imperfect ability, they are not Christians. They are then elevating societal mores above God's, which means they consider society to be more important.
That said, of course Christianity is belief in Christ as God, not a set of laws with which to earn salvation. Essiential to Christianity is the belief that we are not good enough to approach a perfect God on our own, we must have His help.

Not many. Very few Christians really follow their faith even with the threat of damnation and the promise of eternal paradise.

There would probably still be a lot of followers. Aside from the fact that most people are born followers, being able to discriminate guilt free is an attractive prospect. Religion allows you to turn your mind off and enjoy the ride.

Sure, because to be Christian is to be Christ. I am eternally blessed that way.
You will thumbs down it because you doubt it. You doubt it because you doubt God. You don't doubt God when you know God
edit
God is not a belief. When you know God it has nothing to do with faith!
I know because it's in me.
It's in you too, but I doubt that you know it.

It depends on what they say. If they say, Jesus is the only way to Heaven, then I believe them.
If they say, " You are saved by Grace through faith, but you have to TRY to do the Law of Moses" then they are a liar. And I won't believe them when they say that.

10 out of 10 would still be Christians. Anyone that wouldn't would not be an authentic Christian.

Without heaven or hell, Christianity has no soul. Why would anyone believe, much less give money to "God" for admission to heaven.

Are you aware of how many millions (yes millions) of Christians do not believe in eternal damnation?
